Southbank Yoga hosts hatha yoga classes for all levels and goals in the Boyd Park, outside the Boyd Community Hub (Assembly Hall) 207 City Road, Southbank, Victoria.
Due to COVID restrictions, we must currently practice outside, right by the Assembly Hall doors, park side. If the weather is terrible, e.g. heavy rain, then we will cancel and send a notification to registered yogis 30 minute before the class.

All students required to sign a waiver which can be done quickly online.

Geared towards the corporate sector, Southbank Yoga offers guided meditations at your location. Typical class sizes are 5-20 people and can take place in conference rooms or other facilities where the attendees can sit comfortably on the floor. Outside areas where organisations have controlled access can also be used.
We cater to larger meditation groups (20+) by dividing the large group into smaller groups. As we have multiple meditation yogis, these sessions are typically run simultaneously.
We focus on two types of meditation, Breath and Body, with sessions running 30 minutes to 1 hour. We use breath work (pranayamas) to ground the group and then move into meditation.
These sessions are highly customisable; please contact us to discuss your particular needs.
At Southbank Yoga we offer group private lessons. The minimum number of yogis for private lessons is 2 with a maximum of 5. We find that with more than 5 yogis, we cannot offer effective individualised attention resulting in reduced benefits from a private session. Classes are typically 1 hour long and can be held in your home, at a local park, the beach - the choice is yours - we only ask that the location's ground be flat and firm.
